Construction Site Tree Preservation
Smith Tree Specialists are pleased to provide quality consultation for new construction by evaluating tree health providing tree inventories and making recommendations for long term preservation. We have been able to participate in the preservation of some of the area’s most lovely Heritage and Specimen trees.
A tree inventory will help you keep track of the location, species, size and condition of your trees in order to log maintenance, track development and quickly identify changes or problems. Inventory services include tagging, numbering and mapping trees and a data string incorporating tree number, size, and condition. Observations and recommendations can be general to very specific based on your individual needs. All inventories include information regarding your local government’s tree related regulations.
We provide tree appraisal services which can include monetary and other beneficial value of your trees both individually or for your entire property. This information is useful when calculating property value for sale or purchase, future related costs or for insurance purposes. Appraisals are calculated based upon International Society of Arboriculture current guidelines and specifications.
